1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws
• Comply with all local, state, national, and international laws regarding airsoft equipment

Users under 18 may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Not share your account credentials with others

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Use automated systems or bots without permission
• List or sell prohibited items including real firearms, explosives, or illegal modifications

5. Marketplace Rules

When using our marketplace features, you agree to:

• List only airsoft equipment and related accessories
• Provide accurate descriptions and images of items
• Honor prices and terms stated in your listings
• Complete transactions in good faith
• Not engage in price manipulation or shill bidding
• Comply with all shipping and customs regulations

3Guns Airsoft acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions between users and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by 3Guns Airsoft and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

"3Guns", "3Guns Airsoft", and our logo are trademarks of 3Guns Airsoft. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 3GUNS AIRSOFT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) R$100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Guns Airsoft, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform, and we may delete your account and content.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
